Common Legal Questions
Where is my data stored?
All customer data is stored in UK and EU data centres. We do not transfer data outside of adequacy-protected regions without explicit consent.
How long do you retain my data?
Active account data is retained for the duration of your subscription. On cancellation, data is retained for 30 days before being permanently deleted, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Can I request a copy of my data?
Yes. Under UK GDPR you have the right to request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. Submit a Subject Access Request (SAR) to privacy@pluscrm.com.
How do I report a security concern?
Please email security@pluscrm.com immediately. We take all security reports seriously and aim to respond within 24 hours.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data before cancellation. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate, then permanently deleted.
