Pricing Questions Answered
Is there a free trial?
Yes - the Professional plan comes with a 14-day free trial. You get full access to all features so you can properly evaluate the platform.
Why do you need a card to start a trial?
We require a card when you sign up for a trial to ensure we can continue providing your service once the trial has expired. However, you can cancel at any time during your 14-day trial - this will still allow you to carry on using the platform for the remainder of the trial but will stop your card being charged.
What is the minimum contract length?
All plans are on a 12-month contract. You can choose to pay monthly or upfront annually - both options commit you to a full 12 months.
Can I change plans during my contract?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You own your data. If you cancel, we give you a full data export before your account closes. We never hold your data hostage.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes - pay annually and get 2 months free (equivalent to a 17% discount). Switch to yearly billing on this page or contact us to set it up.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees on Starter or Professional. Enterprise plans include a paid onboarding and training package - pricing depends on the size of your team.
Can I add more users to my plan?
On Starter and Professional, you can add additional user seats for £15/user/month. Enterprise plans include unlimited users.
What support do I get?
All plans include email support. Professional includes priority email and phone support. Enterprise includes a dedicated account manager and SLA-backed response times.
Does PlusCRM work for Fire and CCTV companies too?
Yes. PlusCRM is built for Security, Fire, and CCTV businesses. All modules - including fire system management and CCTV installation tracking - are included on all plans.
