By accessing, registering for, or using PlusCRM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

PlusCRM is a multitenant Customer Relationship Management platform provided by PlusCRM LTD. We offer various subscription plans for businesses to manage customer data, sales pipelines, and business operations.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• As a multitenant system, you acknowledge that your data is logically separated from other clients, but resides on shared infrastructure.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to modify fees with 30 days' prior notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to store or transmit malicious software, malware, or harmful data.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or related systems.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations regarding data and communication.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

• PlusCRM LTD retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights.
• You retain ownership of all data, information, and materials uploaded by you to the Service ("Your Data").

• We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for cause, including breach of these Terms.
• Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We will retain your data for a period specified in our Privacy Policy before deletion.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." PlusCRM LTD makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlusCRM LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
